14/7/2026 – Steve returns to Spain to deliver a Keynote Lecture at the 36th International Symposium on Chirality in the historic city of Santiago de Compostela, Spain.

8/7/2026 – Steve gives a Plenary Lecture at the XLIV Meeting of the Grupo Especializado de Química Organometálica (Spanish Organometalic Chemistry Group) in Logroño, part of the beautiful province of La Rioja!

3/7/2026 – Steve travels to Bordeaux, to attend the International Symposium on Macrocyclic and Supramolecular Chemistry (ISMSC) and discuss the next edition of the meeting, which is in Birmingham! (5th Sept 2027 – save the date!)

30/6/2026 – Welcome to Max, a work experience student visiting the Goldup Group for a week to gain some insights into what is involved working as a research chemist.

29/6/2026 – Congratulations to Georgia on passing her viva – well done Dr Malcolm!

25/6/2026 – Steve travels to Queen’s University Belfast to give his second Corday-Morgan Prize lecture at the Royal Society of Chemistry Prize Winner Symposium and receive his Corday-Morgan medal.
